A key driver of our Diversity Initiative is our Diversity Council comprised of 12 strongly committed employees from across the corporation, and is chaired by Dave Emery, our CEO. Council members are a group of people within the company who lead, advocate, coordinate, inform and/or monitor the Strategic Diversity Management Process.
