Black Hills Electric Generation
Black Hills Electric Generation produces 983 MW of electricity in five states: California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada and Wyoming. Nearly all of our non-regulated power is sold to electric utilities using long-term tolling agreements. These contracts generate consistent, predictable cash flows and a reliable earnings stream.
Power Generation

- We are not exiting this business. We will have
158 MW of capacity after the close of the asset sale.
